A listing starts from the same foundation: the MLS, photographs, a yard sign, the portals. Here is what mine adds.
Before your home is listed, you get a written plan with the data behind it. Once it is listed, you get a weekly report on how many people are looking at your home and where they came from. If the home isn’t selling, the report shows which problem it is: too few people are seeing it, or the people seeing it aren’t coming to look.
Enter your address to see an automated estimate of your home’s value. It updates over time, and you can choose to get those updates by email. It is an estimate, not an appraisal.
